the first picture looks upside down to me. But I would guess that is frozen mud and snow.
ReplyDeleteThe second picture looks like frozen mud crawling up a wall or fence...is that possible?
When I first look at #1 photo - I am guessing dirty snow ice with formed peaks all from passing by cars splashing snow ice making slash off the side of the road - now as for #2 It looks to me spilled chocolate turned to ice -- in any case both photo looks to me to do with dirt snow... but wait it could be the return of "The Blob" the horror/science-fiction film that depicts a giant amoeba-like alien that came from outer space and terrorizes a town.. to funny...boy that ages me..
