We are not sure what was being celebrated
yesterday (September 1st) but we heard celebrations and entertainment for most of the day and
lots of music around 8pm – 11pm. Then
the music stopped and this is what we saw and heard from our apartment window for about 10 or 15 minutes……..then silence!!!
