July 6 2012 Lots of variety at the food store

I have had some questions regarding what type of food is eaten.  So while we were grocery shopping, or really while Lewis was grocery shopping, I took some pictures of some things that we see in the grocery store that we shop at..........here we go!!!



Choice of "still" or "sparkling" water.......in other words, with or without gas!!!




Meat and Cheese choices (we have noticed that they do not have pre-shredded cheese)









Alot of this aisle is different mayonaisse and other flavored sauces I think......but not in jars, either in tubs or bags that you remove the cap and squeeze the contents out!!


Cottage cheese, we think and we hope!!!  We are trying it and will find out soon!!!



Salmon is very popular......a whole end cap of it!!!

More help yourself frozen food, and Lewis getting some frozen fries for us to try.....baked in the oven of course!!!

    This is cool to see all the different kinds of items - the store looks clean and where are the people?? When I took photos in the Mexican food store I could not avoied the people - always crowds..and a lot of open food bins too!
